When it come to fish, the real deal, experience and know how makes the difference and Mr. T is as good as you’ll find on planet earth. You can easily can see the quality of his fish just by looking at the photos. The photos are taken with my iphone 5s – all domestic Japanese fish. Sushi is all in the details and any mistake is seen very easily.
